COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 180 degrees, place duck on a tray, skin side facing up and roast for 20 mins, slice duck thinly. Place pancake in microwave for 1 min and serve. Add Hoisin sauce and spring onion or cucumber. Contents will be hot. Handle with care.
