How do I heat your pastries?
Easy! Place items on a baking tray and place in a pre-heated oven to 170 degrees fan forced oven for 10-12 minutes.
Can I cook your pastries from frozen?
Yes, simply add 10 minutes of cook time in a slower oven to 160 degrees fan forced.
Are your pastries delicious?
Of course they are! Your customers will be coming back for more of our award winning products.
How quickly can I get your products?
We provide next day delivery if you order BEFORE 8AM.
What is the minimum order for free delivery?
METRO: Free for orders over $150 (+GST) (delivery harge of $15 (+GST) if under $150
OUTER: Free for orders over $200 (+GST) (delivery harge of $20 (+GST) if under $200

Can I add, reduce, cancel my order?
Orders can be amended or cancel before 8AM for next day delivery.
After 8am, orders will be produced and dispatch.
Does Caspers deliver every day?
Monday to Friday
Orders placed before 8am on Friday will be dispatch on Monday as there is no delivery on Saturday - Sunday
Can I order in unit quantity?
Orders can only be placed in box quantity.

Can I reject goods on delivery?
Customer can reject goods on delivery if:
- Poduct temperature above 5 degrees.
- Box being damaged during transportation
- Box count delivered wrong
If so please follow carefully the Caspers Returns Policy process in order to get a credit or a replacement.
What time should I receive my delivery?
As our deliveries are outsourced through logistics companies, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. We strive to have all deliveries prior to lunch but are at the mercy of the external companies making the delivery. If you do require orders at a certain time, we suggest ordering a day in advance.
