Orders placed before 8am on Friday will be dispatched on Tuesday as there is no delivery on Saturday - Monday

As our deliveries are outsourced through logistics companies, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. We strive to have all deliveries prior to lunch but are at the mercy of the external companies making the delivery. If you do require orders at a certain time, we suggest ordering a day in advance.

We provide next day delivery if you order BEFORE 8AM.

Yes, you can reject goods upon delivery if: - The product temperature is above 5 degrees. - The box is damaged during transportation. - The box count is incorrect. Please follow the Caspers Returns Policy process to receive a credit or replacement.

Yes, simply add 10 minutes of cook time in a slower oven to 160 degrees fan forced.
